Move-in day was insanity. There was just stuff everywhere but it was sooo good to see everyone.
A lot has happened which makes me feel like its time for midterms already. I officially declared myself a psychology major and am loving my classes (well..not college algebra, but hopefully I won't be too miserable). I'm also Mac Council president and a member of the Campus Stewardship Committee, so I've been pretty busy with that stuff too. Oh, and I love getting to know the new freshman on Rowan, they're awesome. Having Evangeline for an RA is pretty sweet too. And waking up at 7 AM is a challenge, but I am finding the mornings enjoyable. My opinion on this will likely change once it is colder out.
This morning all the RAs, DCs and Mac Council Reps of Mac had a leadership summit to attend. It was a good time of worship, discussion, being loud and chick-fil-a. I really enjoyed it. I'm working at putting my priorities in the right place- God first, everything else comes after that. I can tell that this year is going to challenge me mentally and spiritually, but I am so excited. Transformation, baby.
Tonight is Swing Fest with our brother hall. Dancing isn't really my cup of tea but I'm hoping it'll be fun. And theres about a million other things happening in the next two weeks. Aah!
